Phone calls during office hours

Please note that our phone system is not consistently monitored. To schedule your visit, you’ll need to leave your name, date of birth and phone number and you’ll receive a call back within 1-2 business days. Your patience is very much appreciated.

If you are having an emergency please call 911. Our front office staff receives calls will help you directly or route your calls during regular business hours. Since we are seeing patients during the day, often the clinical nurse or provider may not be immediately available.  If you must speak with one of us please provide your name and the phone number where you can be reached during the day or early evening. We will make every effort to return your non-emergency phone calls by the end of the same working day. Our schedule dictates that we must deal with non-emergency calls without interrupting the care of our patients in the office and responding to each call as it is received. If your problem is urgent, please let a staff member know and you will be assisted as soon as possible.
